Pros

Very social people. Great to get training for a couple years.

Cons

Terrible pay and bonus - especially for ops. HR Department has far too much influence and is a running joke for the company. Extra effort is never rewarded.

Pros

Pay is decent, although as you are in the Netherlands, pay is much lower than peers in Switzerland unless you are top of the structure. Bonus is key here.

Cons

Hush hush on pay, not transparent at all. Very political, brownnosing is encouraged if you want to advance, happy few make decisions on everything.

Pros

co-workers made it bearable to work here.

Cons

This review is for Gavilon, who was recently bought out by Viterra. CONS: Supervisors and management play favorites while overlooking other employees who have picked up the slack. The pay was meager for the amount of expected work; when you call them out on it, they only bring up faults you have made to avoid giving you a raise. Internal growth was not there. To grow in this company, your manager has to recommend you; this doesn’t work in your favor if you aren’t one of their favorites. This place is all about kissing up to whoever is higher than you; if you are only interested in coming to work, doing your job, and going home, they will not like you. For example, they expect you to attend events and hang out after work to kiss up even more; not showing up to happy hour is the equivalent of not being a team member in their eyes. They also hope you work in the same position for many years before you can even move on to any position you might have interest in, even when you put in the work and years, if you aren’t a brownnoser, you won’t get that opportunity. They are still stuck in the past on how to run a business. For example, there are hybrid schedules nowadays, and they are trying to avoid this. You are also expected to train your coworkers when this should be done by a manager; some of these coworkers you are expected to teach live in a whole other country and can hardly even understand English, which I feel bad about because they can’t do their jobs are completely lost but don’t worry, you are expected to pick up their slack. HR is a complete joke here and won’t listen to any of your concerns; remember, they aren’t there to protect you, only to look out for the company. Another concern I had, they have absolute no diversity, which could be another driving factor in why you probably wont move up if you don’t meet their “criteria”. I highly recommend applying and working for their competitors (FYI, they can hardly compete with them). They offer better benefits, pay, and schedules.

Pros

1. Good setup 2.Probably average to good pay but .. 3.provide done fruits

Cons

1. Toxic work environments, no direction from the manager and expect you to work 24/7. No overtime payment . 2. Hire and fire culture, you can see new people every day. The review process is one way, they only listen to the manager. Maybe that’s why I am providing the reviews here. 3. No value to talent whatsoever no training would be provided. 4. Nobody cares about the conflict of interest, as long as they think it’s good for their business. Keep lubricating to managers( not everyone I believe )if you want to keep work 5. They wait until the eleventh hour something to happen so they can show higher authority that they are dedicated and working on something to. 6. Use of unprofessional words (e.g. F word) touching and flattering is very common. They (few) thinks it’s friendly work culture. 7. Very small diversity inclusion welcoming environment , not sure they care about those . Manager have no idea what Value means ( according to my manager it’s means we are client ).
