Very disorganized. People on the project were not willing/did not have the capacity to fully train college new hires. Extremely long hours (depending on the project). Work environment was very toxic. People on projects were leaving left and right. It was a bad first job experience. Pay was not very up to par.

-Two rounds of layoffs in one year where the CEO cried to the employees that were laid off. -No growth or annual raises. -They changed managers too often. -HR didn't turn on their cameras during the exit interview making it impersonal. -Mentor's only job was with the company and they had little experience and were in no place to mentor.
