Pros
Excellent job where you need not use your brains. We can keep them safe and untouched. Good environment with AC at the top of your head and fire under your chair. Becoz Management is always cautious that we stay warm throughout the 8 hrs. Unlimited snacks and beverages. You can fill your stomachs by just staring at them. Becoz you will miss your targets and deadlines by the time you take it to your mouth. You will learn a lot of PowerPoint throughout ur your career which is very very useful to do your school kids projects in the future. After your tenure at VGCS you can come out with flying colors of a dumb box and a brilliant fool.
Cons
People are treated as slaves and not as employees, not even like humans. They do not mind even if you die. They will ask you to finish your targets for the day and then die. And they won't be ashamed to do so. Even after 10 or 15 years you will be sitting with the same PowerPoint and same salary. Even good performers don't get any recognition. No recognition for seniority or performance. Worst management that a company can have. The management knows everything but they don't care about anything becoz they get hundreds of goats to slaughter every month. Don't be one of the goats. Your life is spoiled if you join here.

-They squeeze your last drop of the blood throughout the 8 hours shift -At last when we ask for appreciation and rating they say "We asked for a blue blood not red instead" -A person who excels in PowerPoint will be retained as PPT specialist for years togeather with no cross functional exposure, and the worst PPT worker will be sent to another team to estimate deadlines for PPT jobs -And these deadlines should be chased by a PPT specialist, ruining the entire day, with no break hour -You will be asked to cancel applied planned leaves, in case you call for sick leave you will be asked to keep on making calls to the leads and give updates on your health status
