      Pros

      Co-workers are very nice. They try even though the culture from the top down is strange.

      Cons

      Very strange culture. Middle & Upper management are just 'Yes Men' blindly following with no thoughts of their own. Sanjay (CEO) is very nice but I sense he is prepping the company to be sold.

      NOTHING... The sandwich shop on the first floor of the building was the most amazing place and great time I had!!!!! Since I have to write pros, I guess the monthly Birthdays and Anniversaries were good.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING... You name it: HIGHLY MANAGEMENT ISSUE, RESPECT, no sharing of knowledge and information about the what we do in company, environment of the company was not positive, and much much more. You think of it, this company does it. It's better to be out of a job than to work for this company, this can't get any more bitter truth.
