Being part of such an amazing company is awesome. What we do for our users is so needed and appreciated by the industry - it really makes it fun to be a part of visiongain Additionally, what we do for companies is also needed and our customers appreciate working with visiongain and the value they receive from our products. Finally - visiongainers are always having fun, getting better professionally and personally. It really is THE. BEST. PLACE. TO. WORK.

Cons

The rapid pace of life at visiongain can overwhelm you sometimes. Not sure if this will slow down anytime soon.

Pros

Work life balance is really good. As long as you get your work done on time and hit your targets there is never any problems. Management fosters improvement and innovation and shows appreciation. So if you can keep your nose clean and do well, then you should see the benefits. A great place to start your career - very well known and respected company, especially in pharmaceuticals, energy and defence.

Cons

Rigid schedule - usually need to take lunch break at exactly 1:00. Advancement depends on other people - so if your manager isn't moving then its difficult to move up the ladder, unless you do something new in the company which happens quite a bit, so not necessarily a Con. Pay scale is average in the industry.

awful company, everything is out of date, long hours, poor minimum wage, boring job, reports are unprofessional and useless - expected to sell garbage
