It's a circus out there. Talk to people who left the firm over the last 1-1.5 years. You will find many on LinkedIn.

Nothing at all to mention, except that you learn to survive a toxic work environment and start appreciating everything else in life.
Cons
Faking of the next level. Senior management indulges only in politics, self promotion and spreading lies about achievements made. Attract good people with high package and frustrate them to the hilt. You will get an idea of the attrition levels if you check the number of senior management folks who left the firm in the last 1-1.5 years. Some are even ashamed to show their experience in this firm in their resume or LinkedIn profile. Don't fall for their false promises or posts on LinkedIn and big talks. A phone call to any ex employee will make the picture clear to you, if planning to join. And yea they managed to delete my previous review post on Glassdoor too. So you know how they work and manage to hide all the dirt.
