Pros
The main thing I love about working here is that VIP actually offers high quality products and services to our customers. Senior management don’t just want us to get the job done, they genuinely want us to put in the effort to do our jobs well and make sure our clients are going to benefit from it. I’ve got to be honest, this is surprisingly rare when you’re working in this field (and anyone who has any previous experience working as a developer in today’s day and age can attest to this). Most companies care very little about how good their products are, and only want them to be the bare minimum usable so that customers don’t complain. I love devoting my work hours to producing quality content and not just whatever works.
Cons
Obviously it’s a very demanding environment. Managers have high expectations and not everyone has what it takes to meet them.
