Where do I start.
The marketing team is a mess, huge staff turnover as management will hire, throw people in at deep end in a situation where there is no marketing plan, objectives, allocated budget. They offer no support whatsoever, leave people to their own devices to do what they can.
Because of said lack of planning, there are no KPIs, therefore judgment on employees' efficiency and results is made depending on the mood of the day, and on the reports received from other spying employees.
And if the mood isn't good, people are just let go. In the last 2 years, almost 20 people have left the building - in a team of around 30.
If you're interested in any form of digital marketing that's not SEO, forget it. Focus of all meetings is which page ranking has been obtained for which keyword in which country. Anything else is of no importance (and therefore gets no budget, resources, planning, KPIs... see above)
