- Best place to start your working life - Nice working environment (casual) - Tackle a lot of projects, which means that we will learn about a lot of things - High demand of teamwork

Cons

- Workloads are crazy, especially in the Application Development department - Due to high demand of people, they just hire anyone who applied - IT Company, but the Internet is nowhere to be found - Once you agreed to the salary given, there will be no way to negotiate it

The company genuinely appreciates employee efforts and provides timely recognition. There’s a strong emphasis on learning and collaboration. Teams are supportive, and leadership is approachable. Work-life balance is well maintained, and the work environment is positive and motivating.

Cons

Currently, there is no dedicated transport facility, which may be a concern for some employees. However, a metro station is being constructed just outside the tech park, which should soon improve commute convenience.
