a toxic culture and lack of trust

Pros

It's a job? I really can't think of many pros except for there are some amazing people.

Cons

Pretty much everything. The CEO doesn't trust anyone to do their jobs (except for a some chosen few). While not a religious company, it basically operates as one so if you're not in the "in group" ie evangelical, you're belittled/not trusted to do your job. It's very demoralizing.

Pros

Great leadership and teammates -- everyone is super helpful. Pay is good if you're on target. A good role for someone who is more experienced in non-profits or traditional CSM work, or both.

Cons

Limited training and pretty disorganized -- it's hard to get clear answers to questions without going through 3+ people first. Workload is a bit unrealistic for 40/hr work week. Management doesn't expect you to work more, but it's hard not to when half of your salary is dependent upon performance. Easy to get burnout. Also do not feel like it's the most DEI friendly workplace. People are nice and accepting overall, but top leadership morals seem to come through at times. Someone mentioned "manifest destiny" as a company workplace philosophy in an all hands once, and that was my queue to dip out.

Pay on time, but exhausting work with poor benefits

Pros

I got paid on time.

Cons

Benefits aren't very good Pay is mid to low for position and especially for level of responsibility and workload Exhausting, tedious - cannot get jobs done without thousands of requests and reminders to the appropriate teams Constant escalations Annoyed customers all day every day Leadership full of themselves Bigoted customer base Product as many others have mentioned is in bad shape and everyone seems to hate something about it. That is a lot to deal with.
