Hey Guys, The CEO and his man-Friday are smooth criminals. The CEO looks polished and speaks posh English. But he is no less than a street thug from Chennai. They will make you sign a contract of three pages out of which two pages will list the consequences Of terminating the contract. The contract is totally biased towards the employer and once you sign, you will have no rights to defend yourself. I learnt this the hard way and hope you guys don't make that mistake. These guys sell you to their clients and you have to protect yourself if their client abuses you. They lick their clients boots and don't give a damn about their employees. They can terminate you anytime they wish and hold back your monies including the taxes they deduct. If you protest they threaten with dire consequences like ruining your career, taking your passport and filing false police complaints. I had miraculously escaped with the help of Indian Embassy. These guys didn't even let me pursue my case I filed with the Industrial Relations (Labour) court by holding back the taxes which they are supposed to pay to the tax department. Also, these guys have really expensive lawyers on their payroll. But it doesn't matter as Truth ultimately triumphs. Strictly avoid these agents!!
