      Great people and casual environment. You can have a variety of projects and new challenges.

      Cons

      You have to be creative to work within a small budget, but how you work is completely up to you. If you can work under minimum supervision, it's not necessary a bad thing

      ViewPlus is a great place to work to start your career. The work environment was flexible and you really got to feel the family spirit. It was a pleasure working toward a cause that truly made a difference in people's lives.

      I would say that biggest challenges of working here include limited growth opportunity.
