Pros
The transition from one industry to another was not easy to do after spending over 20 years. But with amazing support from the team around me helped me to settle in and learn, and I continue learning everyday. I see it as my chance to give something back, our residents and residents families appreciate what you do for them and they show it and tell you, which motivates you to want to do it more. Vida Healthcare is full of very special people where a lot of them don't even realise how special they are.
Cons
The worse part of the job is being on call when it falls to be my week, but that only happen every couple of months, so cannot really complain.
