      Pros

      You get a lot of independence early on and aren't micromanaged. It’s a great environment for someone who is highly proactive and prefers to learn by doing rather than sitting through long meetings.

      Cons

      There is very little guidance on new assignments at the beginning. For many projects they just hand you the task and expect you to figure it out entirely on your own without documentation or a clear starting point. It can be frustrating when you're expected to pick things up instantly.
