You may work in a multitude of environments depending on what company is contracting the security services. The regional manager was great, always answered questions, and reached out to help when needed.
Cons
Training for regular officers was thorough but the switch to a supervisor role involved no training at all. This was most likely due to the currently exiting supervisor's rush. Supervisor pay was not the best but it was acceptable for the region/cost of living.
