Resource: on call they said your system and all are ready, but once you joined you will get your system in a month. 3. Lunch time is half an hour means you can't go even for 5 minutes more. 4. You have to wear formal means you can't wear jeans and t shirt. So ridiculous. 5. Salary : you will never get full salary here. You will be deducted unknown values. 6. Employees are really not cool. They are not helpful. 7. Even gate keeper will have more respect than you. CEO will not listen and talk to you with very disrespect. 8. Working days : 6 day week. And timings are worst. 9. Your seniors will never help. 10. In the name of resources like Internet, hardware issues you have to wait minimum 7 days to resolve.

Nobody followed professional ethics.HR never turned up to office and thinks herself as the boss. literally harassment on employees.no respect. no values. a irresponsible leadership. -- Management expect that you give at least 1 hour extra if you leave office on right time they will threatened you. -- Bunch of over smart guys spoiling whole team. -- A huge dedication in salary. A certain amount they call PP(Performance pay), You never get full PP even not on time and if you ask for that amount every time you will get same answer that it is under process or if you mail regarding PP to owner he will threatened you that he will sue on you. --No work at all in this company what you can do in this company just fill your entries in PMS(their own software approved by NASA)
