      company car, fuel card all covered by the company

      Cons

      you are sold a lie from the start, It is the most expensive alarm company and so difficult to sell with little to no USP in comparison to other companies. If you don't perform one month they will have no problem getting rid of you even if you overperformed the month before I watched countless people forced out of the job as they hire countless people each month in bulk and maybe one will survive each hire spree to see month three.

      I don't think the company has any pros.

      Cons

      Bad management No company car provided. Company asks you to use your personal car and does not pay for the fuel or maintenance. No proper training provided False advertisement about the salary Working hours not set and forced to work more than contract working hours. The list does not get over.

      work life balance isn't great, a lot of work, averages about 60 hours a week
