      Unlimited PTO is a nice perk

      You must watch your back, lots of blame slinging and will fire people on a whim or to make themselves look better. No loyalty. No raises or reviews. Pay is low.

      Cons

      Bad business practices, deceitful leadership team who aren’t even on the same page. Advocate for non profits, however organize and run their company based on a popularity contest while taking advantage of mid level employees in a discriminatory manor and their clients who are non profit to reach maximum revenue.
