What a bounce back

Pros

Customer service at the forefront of their values Smart professional service Tech enabled company with a smart interest in technology No task is too small and always open for discussion Modern in their approach to work life balance. They embraced the change Covid brought which had a devastating affect on the company. But vision and resilience allowed the company hold its ground and now they have their best foot forward. Veeve are mobile workforce but there are limitations base on a role.

Cons

Communication was an issue pre-covid but its a lot better Career development needs some focus

Pros

Strong team. Great work ethic. Collection of talented people. If proactive, there is huge scope for personal development.

Cons

Lack of trust in people's capabilities from Senior Management, starting with the CEO. Not very agile due to micro-management. Very little company culture.
