Dear former colleague, Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about your time at Vector. The negative points you mentioned were hard for us to hear because we aspire for a completely different company culture and values. Based on the feedback from the anonymous employee survey conducted in 2023 in China, we also find your points difficult to understand. The vast majority of colleagues are actually very satisfied with the workplace culture. Here are a few examples of the results: 96% strongly agree with the statement “I am treated as a full member here regardless of my position”. 90% believe that “People here are treated fairly regardless of their gender.” In Vector’s workplace culture, each employee is valued as a person. Our culture is shaped by guiding principles such as fairness and honesty. Openness is also very important to us. The line manager has the task of creating a working environment in which every employee can openly express their opinion. This also means allowing opinions and criticism beyond hierarchical boundaries and being open to questions, problems and concerns. Please take this opportunity to get in touch with us again.
