I do wish there had been some in-depth training for the in-house developed software we were required to create and manage client accounts on. You were just expected to jump in and explore it on your own which was quite overwhelming considering there was other extensive software and processes to learn at the same time.
There were a couple of personalities of fellow employees that were difficult to communicate with, and unfortunately was required for my position. Of course, that is something you will encounter with any company you work for.
