The paychecks always cleared the bank.
Cons
Borderline practices are forced on employees. Concerns raised to ownership is dismissed or covered up. Very hostile work environment for anyone trying to do the right thing. Should be ashamed of themselves.

You get a lot of unnecessary overtime buy I guess that's good for us ,,
Cons
Upper management has no idea how to really run the company. Family-owned business with no management skills.
