      Pros

      Constantly changing procedure at work which is great for keeping products and SOPs at the fore.

      Cons

      Constantly changing procedure at work can be annoying. Once you get used to one way, it changes drastically. Also, favoritism can be found if you don't totally align with management resulting in delays or stalemate in moving up.
