*compass take over * Training offered but gained nothing at the end to recognise the training and this is after 3 years still no certificate. * Poor pay scales completed secondment and was promoted but never saw a pay increase. * shares scheme .. after 2 years of not being with VSG i still keep getting cheques for 12p for dividens and i really cant stop it
