VSE is a "CON". The ELD Division, who is solely responsible for the past success of VSE, has been robbed of its profits and is now defunct. The men and women whom, for 19 years,made this company successful under the USARC contract, have all been laid off and left out to dry! No severance, no thank you for X years of service! Over time I have seen our department get worse and multiple people have left voluntarily. The ones who have left were spoken about in a negative manner by our boss. It makes me uncomfortable to bring anything up because of favoritism in the department. I would not recommend anyone I know to work here. I am currently looking for another job.The hours are long and the work is too much for us to handle. I feel like we create unnecessary work that is not needed instead of being efficient. I believe it makes it look like we are valuable because we work long hours but actually we are only doing busy work. We may not need this many people in HR if we were more efficient.
