      1. A big problem with new projects. 2. Layoffs without compensation. 3. Shifted working hours. 4. Few prospects and opportunities for growth. 5, Projects with outdated technologies.

      - Broad set of Dev technologies - Professional employees - Competitive salary - Possibility to work remotely - Overseas business trip opportunities - Well organized corporate events

      Cons

      May vary on a project. I participated in the mature project, which history goes back over 15 years. As result a lot of legacy code. However, new features are written in modern web-stack (React on client and ASP.NET Core as backend).
