      You gets loads to learn mostly SAP Ecosystem

      Pay is less, Management may get rude if you try quitting. Lot of room for improving

      This incident is concerning an employee leaving without serving notice period. As management we try to negotiate terms of relieving. In your case you have just left the organization while working on a live customer project. Such behavior would not be tolerated in any professional environment. Salary is negotiated during on-boarding an employee and VASPP has a practice to compensate employees with high performance to market standards.

      Vaspp Technologies is a good place to learn, if you are looking for an opportunity to grow and learn, Vaspp Technologies is the best place to learn. I have learnt so much here in a short period of time. This place made me ready to boost my career. Best part of this organization is that Seniors are very much helpful. They will help you, motivates you at every step. The work environment is great. All I can say management is awesome. If we face any issue they quickly respond to it.
