Pros

Being able to work from home was a pro at the time, but now with multiple jobs offering the flexibility to work from home, I truly cannot think of one thing positive to say. Traveling is not a pro for this job because you get no time to enjoy the places you travel to.

Cons

This was truly the worst company I have ever worked for in my life. The business is family owned and operated and it was an extremely toxic work environment. I was put into extremely uncomfortable positions because the two owners who are brothers did not agree on how to run the business and the employees would suffer because of this. The owner would also give people better work opportunities based on their physical appearance, and would judge employees based on their size. When you are on site, you are expected to work 12 hour days with almost no breaks and work weekends. This company is extremely toxic and I would highly recommend not working here.

Thank you for your review. We have been in business for 14 years with almost 60 years of experience between the two owners. This review is one of three in a series that took place between Oct 15 - December 29. These are the first reviews of our company in 14 years. We built this company for the team who works here. We allow people to take time off when they want, offer a supplemented health plan, 401(k), and the flexibility to work from home. We have a Fun Committee made up of team members, who promote our family-oriented environment and recognize our team for their accomplishments. We have several team members that have been with the company for more than 10 years. This is a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. It takes a year to fully learn any position. While many team members thrive, some do not. We put a tremendous about of time and effort to train the team and reward them with awards and our company incentive trip. This review is the second of three negative reviews in our company's history. While we may not be right for everyone, our "company family" is very important to us. Our Core Values support this. Regarding the comment about employee's bodies, we do not have any HR complaints about an incident regarding people's bodies. We take issues like that very seriously.

Pros

Nothing nothing nothing nothing nothing

Cons

I left my secure job for a position at V2 incentives. After 3 weeks of barely any training I was furloughed. Instead of being offered a severance package, I was given nothing. If they knew there was going to be a dip in business, Management should have discussed that prior to hiring a new employee. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT WORK HERE!

Thank you for your review. Your employment agreement spells out our procedures. Your first 90 days are on a probationary period. Three weeks of employment doesn't warrant a severance package. I'm sorry you left a secure position you were happy with. The situation that led to your layoff was unpredictable and unavoidable.

Pros

Ability to travel and work from home

Cons

Everything else. Pay, benefits, toxic environment. It’s a family run business which comes with a tremendous amount of unprofessional family dynamics.

We have not had a recent Program Manager that has been with the company for 3 - 4 years. We have several team members that have been with the company for close to 10 years. This is a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. It takes a year to fully learn any position. While many team members thrive, some do not. We put a tremendous about of time and effort to train the team and reward them with awards and our company incentive trip. This review is the first of two negative reviews in our company's history. While we may not be right for everyone, our "company family" is very important to us.
