      Bonus AWS Team Building Staff Welfare though bare minimum

      Favouritism Can terminate you IMMEDIATELY if they dont like you giving unjustified reasons Hierarchy is real. Top management DO NOT like to hear feedbacks from low ranking staff Old fashion way of running the company Too many unnecessary work No proper system Calculative Will employ those who ask for lesser salary No career advancement at all Progression is slow Alot of work but paid so little Bosses are not friendly to low ranking staff

      Meetings arent like a warzone. Salary is paid on time.

      Cons

      YOUNG or MIDDLEAGE BORN SINGAPOREAN please avoid as they prefer foreigners when situation tend to be not on the companies advantage. New joiners please be extra cautious of senior colleagues that are too nice. No structured trainings. Company Location too far off.No company transport.
