All. Every 6 months, for all workers, permanent and contract employees you need to do a job interview to know if you continuing working or not. It is a way to let you go if they don’t want you there, doesn’t matter if you are the best worker. Disgraceful

Worst job I’ve ever had. Communication is terrible from senior level to line managers, the whole companies direction is very unclear. Working styles are very backward and unmodernised. Its not a very collaborative environment to work in and all staff are on the couldn’t be less innovative and are very resistant to change. Everybody that works there hates to work there and complain constantly, which makes the atmosphere very tense and uncomfortable.
