      Remote, thorough training in classroom through zoom and post training as well. Supportive managers, competitive salary for similar roles.

      Cons

      Very busy, new system caused a domino effect of issues starting from delays on claims which negatively affected providers and members.

      Fantastic place to work. Good people, good culture. Everyone wants you to succeed and gives you the tools to do so. Senior management is easily accessible.
