* Good ethical company and product * Remote company that does remote well * Leadership highly focused on personal growth for employees * Good product and engineering culture

Cons

* Some at the company may take advantage of the remote environment to not be as productive as they would be at an in-person gig * They will often not give a pay raise for an increase in title or responsibilities. They have a maxim that "you have to do the job for 6 months before you get the title", but then they do not always come through on their end of the bargain.

Friendly engineers and overall welcoming culture. Onboarding is fairly decent. They sell themselves really well at the start.

Cons

Leadership belt is lacking any kind of accountability or direction. Titles mean nothing and everyone is a project lead silo'd into random work. While everyone is friendly, due to managements pressure, there is an insidious undertone where everyone is trying to "show off" their work as quickly as possible. There is no big picture thinking and those responsible for it lack the experience to do so. They will lie and fire without cause to make managers look good. There is zero accountability.
