      Great place to work if you like the following: Being manipulated, controlled, and micromanaged. Being belittled and shut out. Promised things that will NEVER happen. Having zero dignity or respect from others. The list goes on and on...

      See above...if this company approaches you, run away fast! A bunch of wolves in sheep’s clothing.

      The owner and recruiting leadership are fake and misleading. They are not honest at the end of the day and paint a picture that is not the real case. They act like they have some secret sauce and try to take credit for what everyone accomplishes. That's the way it is with too many companies, but this one claims to be different

      Pros

      The Ursus culture is one of fun, comradery and hard work. We are a supportive team with thoughtful attention to clients, candidates and to each other. Most core employees are able to work from home. CEO is approachable and caring. I am very happy here. The work is hard but rewarding and my comrades are awesome.

      Cons

      Ursus is not for everyone. We are a small company and require hard working employees who are highly motivated and accountable. Working from home prevents the interaction you get when working in the same office. We get together as much as we can and have video calls every morning. We all make it work!!
