Pros
Overall a good place to work, VP of construction is among the better leaders to work for/with, most of the staff are easy to work with also.
Cons
Work in the field isn't as smooth due to the Field Operations Manager. It's a lofty title for someone who doesn't know as much as they should and who's insecurities interfere with their job. It was the primary reason I left.
