      "Nice" company but not a great IT department

      Pros

      Stunning building and grounds, canteen on site.

      Cons

      Very old technology with no plan to modernise. No actionable IT or data strategy. Toxic mgmt culture in some areas of IT. Even insignificant decisions and sign offs have to go to C-suite as zero delegation or accountability below this level. IT department is poorly managed. No IT processes, no change comms, everything is verbal, so it all depends who you talk to! IT delivery is excruciatingly slow and no-one seems to notice. The Change team and PMO are highly dysfunctional. They lack the capability to oversee IT change and are only comfortable with non‑technical change.
