Management pushed employees through brutal, punishing hours under the absurd belief that longer work meant better results. The attitude toward staff was cold and dismissive, leaving people exhausted, stressed, and teetering on burnout. It was painfully obvious that genuine care or improvement was never part of their plan.

The workloads were often stressful. I was exhausted due to the terrible expectations and brutal workloads. I did all this for poor compensation. It wasn’t worth it. I knew I could do better elsewhere, so I avoided staying here for long and got another opportunity.
