Line mgrs in this particular department are generally good however, I have found instances where the line mgr(s), whilst very qualified, lacks sufficient mgmt skills/ interpersonal skills/experience, especially with regard to providing feedback, strategic goals, and a lack of clear communication. Resulting confusion within team(s) regarding roles and responsibilities. These skills are especially needed whilst we work in a hybrid team environment. High turnover reflects this within areas.
