Holy *, where do I begin? That alone should tell you something. Extremely high turnover rate and it's not because it's cold. Supervisors and Managers are the problem. People who sit on their butts in front of the computer all day that think their * don't stink. Bullying by supervisors and management. This place is a walking OSHA nightmare. When accidents happen, they try and twist the narrative that it's the employee fault. Let's just say that this place rather spend thousands to hire and train numerous people than spend it on the employees they already have to retain them. It's absolutely mind-boggling that this place is in the black.
