      Worst company ever!

      Culture and language biased company-prefers/ favoritism towards "Keralites" Very poor management and the directors are inexperienced to handle the company. Very bad politics, favoritism and the worst of all- opaque work culture. Low salary structure, no payments of incentives, the employees are treated like slaves and are expected to work any time without additional pay or benefits. Claims to be a well-organised company, but in reality, they do not have the required resources (people) to finish a project on time and thus, the extra work for the existing ones. And when someone decide to leave, they create numerous problems for that person, which are not limited to, not paying the final settlement/ unexplained reductions, not letting the person know about the cancellation of visa thus, creating additional problems. Overall, it was the worst decision ever to join this company and to work hard for them. Highly recommended to STAY AWAY from Unity Infotech Solutions!!

      Pros

      If you are keen on politics and micromanagement, you can survive. Those who can please management will see growth.

      Cons

      Tight deadlines, working on weekends but comp off does not get approved. No work life balance. No process and requirements keep changing then and there. No one in the project is aware about the end to end requirements. Micromanagement at its core. Management expects you to know everything about company and projects as soon as you join and starts expecting deliverables from you with little or no training. Very unprofessional. You will be offered high salary but getting salary credit is unpredictable.
