      Pros

      The company is in continuous growth and development which is great for your career. In my role I have a lot of autonomy and my input is valued. I find my job very satisfying as the mission of the company is to save lives. I get to travel to many places and meet wonderful people along the way. Very easy to connect with the leadership management.

      Cons

      Due to the changes across the organisation things may move slower than desired.

      Pay was terrible, ridiculously high turn over, female engineers are treated like 2nd class citizens, poorly managed/always late & over budget
