      Teaching the students was great, dealing with the Administrator who had no value or respect for instructors disheartning

      Pros

      Rewarding -changing peoples lives-make friendships that will last a lifetime. They are a comunity concerned and they sponsor many programs to help the comunity, The owners are really good people.

      Cons

      Instructors put in long hours, more than the contract says and are given no recognition at graduation ,but are held accountable for everything students accomplish or not from attendance to grades and conduct. Would it kill you to let us on stage to congratulate our students formally.

      Some great coworkers and students.

      Cons

      High turn over because of ethics. The owner and her entourage will curse you when things do not go their way. They seem to enjoy being bullies. Too much emphasis on making a dollar unstead of providing quality education.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with as far as coworkers are concerned. Everyone seems to want to work toward a common goal of educating students so that they can enter the allied healthcare field.

      Cons

      Management is very young, most of them never really working for another company. The company overall is not interested in brining in talent that can change and mold the company to make it a better place for education. Owners are very money driven and not driven to turn out a well polished "product" in their graduates.
