Pros

* 7 hours per day with an hour lunch * Great 1st job * Management is fun * Employees are fun

Cons

I have been in commission sales for awhile take these reviews with a grain of salt. * The way you have to treat people to get a sale feels unethical. * Small office * Facebook sales are becoming harder and harder as it becomes common knowledge that Facebook isn't an effective source for advertising. * Company is going towards failure unless they start doing more than facebook. * Drug tests are certainly not enforced. * Pay is very minimal * Job is pure commission plus a 10% residual on accounts that stay active * Accounts don't stay active, dye to ineffective results.

Pros

1) Free Parking Pass 2) Quit of my own accord.

Cons

Be forewarned that if you are applying to a Sales position, that you will be subjected to the following: 1) Cold Calls (which are monitored remotely). 2) Small desks huddled next to one another with only one monitor, with very uncomfortable desk chairs. 3) The office is in a dirty, smelly part of Southeast Portland across the street from Darigold; many strange smells emanate from this facility. 4) The office itself is rundown. 5) The kind of "sales calls" you are encouraged to engage in involves butchered, ill-mannered English with a pickup line of "Hey I'm on your website". The crude phrase sticks in my head to this day. 6) The benefits are horrible (especially Health). 7) Your pay is reduced if you fail to meet quotas; some people are salaried, others are commissioned. Salaried people, if failing to meet quotas, are punished until they pick up the pace again. 8) In all, no intelligent person with any real professional prospects would dare work here; just don't do it. And most importantly, don't believe any of the self-serving, sugar coated reviews from current employees on here, they are utter nonsense.

Pros

The Dudes got paid very well, if you were favorite, the boss would pay you tons of money, you get to do nothing and everyone else is doing your work and getting yelled at when something is wrong. Yet, it isn't your job and you are not being paid for it.

Cons

Training it terrible, no feeling of being able to ask questions, constant changing of pay structure, without notice, whenever the owner felt like it. Offers of bonuses and other spiff based monies would be reneged before pay day and you would have to fight to get what was owed to you.
