There are so many pros, Can do attitude. Great communication from all levels of management. Customer focus is 100% all of the time . Constantly looking at ways to improve how things are done for both the customer and employee. Strong sales team out looking for new business. Strong program management team getting units qualified and ready for the market each time a new customer comes on board. Flexible. Responsive. Alert.
