      -Decent PTO plan -Generally good people -Laid back work -Good work life balance -Support remote work

      Cons

      -Lack any ability to attract new business. Not sure what the sales team even does -Lost a big customer and had to layoff a significant amount of folks as a result of poor sales / lack of new customers -Yearly raises and bonuses nonexistent

      The people are good, they give back to the community, and have employee events to bring associates together.

      Cons

      Raises are nom-existent. Even with an excellent annual review, no raises cost of living increases.
