As with any sales orientated role, recruitment has KPIs and is target driven and can be hard for employees to maintain a healthy work-life balance. As a company, we are conscious of aiding work-life balance and our employees’ wellbeing, which is why on the 1st of January this year, we have introduced unlimited holiday and 2-hour lunches.
