Throughout my time at UA, I have experienced firsthand the genuine and unwavering care that the founders have for their staff. It's evident that Matt and James have cultivated a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of every team member. Their commitment to creating a supportive environment has made a significant impact on my life. Recently, my family faced a challenging period as they were recovering from a medical situation. During this time, I was provided with all the understanding and support necessary to be there for my loved ones. The flexibility and encouragement I received allowed me to focus on my family's needs without feeling overwhelmed by work-related pressures. Their kindness and compassion have made a world of difference during this difficult period, and I am immensely grateful for the understanding shown by both of them and the entire UA team.
