      Professional management staff Care about students and they reward hard working staff There is room for salary increase and they encourage you to progress Paid courses for teacher who want to develop/ top up their qualifications

      Minimal support from management, worked here for 6ish months and had a total of 3 (?) conversations with the DOS.
