      Production hell of a job but secured as compared to other companies

      Pros

      Its a desi MNC, has reached to a level which even Mr. Chaturvedi(the owner) couldnt have dreamt of. 1. Secure job. 2. Good increments 3. Timely salary. 4. One can think of spending entire career in this company if comfortable in bone crushing working pressure and humiliating behaviour from seniors (even if you are getting 2 -3 lacs per month).

      1. Too much work pressure. 2. Sometimes it comes to mind "why the hell i am working here"

      u will find job security. Its Desi type of mnc company.U will get salary at 1st day of every month.Also some time external money in cash other than yr salary .Managers level job is good because of 8.5 hours job.

      Cons

      I work in uflex ltd. for 4 years.I left the job.I feeling relax now.very bad culture.no party.no function.no employee welfare.12 hours job for workers & engineers . 6 days week.no work life balance.Even some time u will be get abuse by yr manager without any reason.No one will listen u in hr & top level.If u dont hv job then u can go for some time.no bus and cab
