You could break your back for this company and it’s not noticed or acknowledged in any way. Management are very clique-y and you either brown-nose to stay in their good books or don’t really get spoken to at all (which sometimes wasn’t a bad thing!) Pay rises were weird and looked like they were only there to keep people from leaving. Got paid really weird times as well until maternity cover HR manager arrived.

Don't be fooled by the glowing reviews as I know for a fact a member of management has submitted a few of them. Turnover is very high. Long-term staff are thrown under the bus without hesitation. Training on offer is pathetic. I can't confirm this but I've been told that they burn through staff at an high rate to keep benefits costs low. Succeed or you're gone. Brown nosing seems to help alot. Don't take this job if you can't handle a high volume of verbal abuse over the phone from the sales team. Management act like your friend to your face then delegate anything they don't want to say to you for someone else. Instead of talking to you I found the supervisor would whisper about me to a colleague next to me to address mistakes I had made, instead of involving me in the conversation. Absolutely no need to keep things secret like that and made me feel like I was a pariah.
