Toxic management like it’s Game of Thrones up there. If you catch their eye in the wrong way then you should probably just kiss your job goodbye. And all it takes is sharing a difference of opinion to the wrong person or setting a boundary on your scope of work.

Expensive insurance, too many high level managers, separate unions under the same employer creates tension amongst projects, "safety driven"... Until it slows down productin.
